Frostburg State University offers a unique money management system to all members of the campus community.

The BOBCAT EXPRESS is a debit card program available to all students, faculty and staff. This program is accessed through the FSU ID card.

The program works like a "credit card in reverse." Money is deposited with the University in an account uniquely set up in your name. Then purchases can be made at locations both on campus and off campus.
