Rush and/or Express Mail Service Transcript Request

To request your transcript, you may print the following form, complete it, and fax it to 301-687-4597 by 3:00 p.m. to receive the rushand/or express mail service. There is a $10.00 fee per transcript for rush service and a $10.00 fee for express mail service. All financial obligations must be cleared before a transcript request is processed.

Online Payments:
Current students may make an online payment through PAWS at http://paws.frostburg.edu/students.
Previous students may make a payment online by accessing http://www.frostburg.edu/admin/billing/pay.htm.

You may also make payments via the telephone, ACH Payments 1-866-881-3015 or Credit Card Payments 1-866-881-3016.

You will receive a confirmation number once payment has been completed. Write the confirmation number on the above form prior to submitting it to our office.
