Library Access

FSU offers several options for library resources at its Hagerstown Campus. All students will need a Student ID  in order to access these Libraries. FSU Student ID’s can be obtained in Room 307 Monday thru Thursday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm (summer hours only).

• Lewis J. Ort Library (located on the main FSU campus)

  • Ort Library's Hagerstown Research Guide

• Research Port
  Gateway to accessing electronic databases, journals and other resources. This gateway replaces the MdUSA system that we have been using since 1998.
  
  
• CatalogUSMAI (University System of Maryland)
  With CatalogUSMAI, Frostburg students can request to borrow materials from other libraries.
  
  
• Hagerstown Community College Brish Library
  Located on 11400 Robinwood Drive. The Brish Library is on the second floor of the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Building in the center of the campus.
