Activities for Life



 


Students canoeingSports for both men and women—organized through the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Department (HPER) and the Intramural Recreation Association—include both intercollegiate and intramural football, baseball, soccer, basketball, badminton, volleyball, swimming, bowling, golf, tennis, field hockey and lacrosse. You may also join various sports' clubs, exercise in the extensive Physical Education Center facilities and join in many regional outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and white-water rafting.

The FSU Activities for Life program is a growing program within the HPER department. This program is designed to offer "lifetime activities" to people of all ages.
