How to Watch FSU-TV3

FSU-TV3 is on Channel 3 on the Comcast Cable System in Frostburg in Allegany County. We serve the communities of Frostburg, Lonaconing & Mt. Savage from 2-9 PM Monday through Friday. FSU-TV3 is 24 hours a day on campus for the student and faculty of the University. FSU-TV3's program schedule can be seen on this website. FSU-TV3 cablecasts an automated educational and community message channel when it is not showing video programming. The message channel provides information about FSU events, non profit organizations and community events. FSU-TV3's Program Schedule is on the Message Channel.

How to Watch Programs On-line as Video On Demand

To watch an FSU-TV3 program online, you can locate a program in one of two ways:

• Search for the program by typing in the title of the program or key words that are in the program title in the search box.
• If (view) appears below a program's title, it is available for video on demand, and you simply click on (view) in order to start viewing the program on-line.
• If the program does not have (view) listed under it, then it is not available for viewing on-line.
• Click on a date on the calendar which will display the FSU-TV3 Program Schedule for that day.
• Locate the program you wish to watch. Once again, to view program on-line, it must have the word (view) located underneath the program title.
  
• Apple users: If you don't have Windows Media Player, you will have to download it from Microsoft and install prior to viewing.

FSU-TV3's Live On-line

FSU-TV3's Live On-line is a simulcast of what is currently airing on the channel. Some programs will not be available for the live on-line. If a program is not available Windows Media Player will shut down the feed until the next program becomes available.

FSU-TV3's Program Schedule can be viewed by clicking on any date on the calendar. That will display the Program Schedule for that day. To view a different day's schedule, simply click on a different day on the calendar. You may select different months by clicking on the < > keys by the name of the month.
