The University Programming Council (UPC) at Frostburg State University is a student-run programming team that hosts events on and off campus for students.
Mission & Vision
Mission Statement: Our mission is to create fun, memorable, and engaging moments for all FSU students.
Vision Statement: We envision a campus community where all students have fun in an engaging, safe environment where voices are heard and feedback is valued.
Values & Past Events
Core Values: Engagement, Diversity, Inclusivity, Fun, and Safety.
Past Events: We host major annual events like SpringFest and bring large acts to campus. Past performers include Megan Thee Stallion, Wild 'n Out, Nicole Byer, Jesse McCartney, Plain White T's, and more!
